  • 1 head broccoli, broken into florets
  • 12 head cauliflower, broken into florets
  • 1 12 cups shredded carrots (optional)
  • 14 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp kelp granules
  • 3 limes, juiced
  • 12 cup toasted sunflower seeds
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Chop broccoli and cauliflower in a food processor until they are small pieces. Mix with all of the other ingredients and refrigerate until serving. Add salt and pepper to taste.
