Keep on Hand
Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli, broken into florets
- 12 head cauliflower, broken into florets
- 1 12 cups shredded carrots (optional)
- 14 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp kelp granules
- 3 limes, juiced
- 12 cup toasted sunflower seeds
- Salt and pepper
Steps
- Chop broccoli and cauliflower in a food processor until they are small pieces. Mix with all of the other ingredients and refrigerate until serving. Add salt and pepper to taste.
